IKAROS employs full and part time personnel in all training location. 

The selection of all employees is based on professionalism criteria and adherence to the “Safety in Aviation” culture.

They possess qualifications that meet the utmost standards to fulfill every demand effectively.

All IKAROS instructors have undergone a rigorous in-house training program, culminating in a competency assessment conducted by IKAROS Postholders.

Their experience varies from Airlines, MROs (Maintenance Repair Organisations), Air force and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).

We take great pride in announcing that all instructors for our “Core Full Basic Course” are former members of the British Royal Airforce.
